Transport passes in Tochigi are valid only on designated sections, not across the entire prefecture. This page uses official Tobu Railway, Ashikaga Flower Park and Oya History Museum information (checked on 2026-10-28). The official pages do not give fares or full journey times from every departure point, so these are not included. Return to the Tochigi travel guide.
Key points

Ashikaga Flower Park
From Ashikaga Flower Park’s official page:
- Use Ashikaga Flower Park Station on the JR Ryomo Line (a new station opened in April 2018); the operator warns of crowds when leaving and recommends arriving at the station early and topping up transport IC cards in advance
- There is no shuttle bus from Tobu Ashikagashi Station; on the Tobu Isesaki Line, change to the Tobu Sano Line at Tatebayashi, then to JR Ryomo Line at Sano Station
- From Tokyo: JR Tohoku Line from Ueno, changing to the JR Ryomo Line at Oyama; or Tobu Isesaki Line to Kuki, then JR Tohoku Line and a change to JR Ryomo Line at Oyama
- The official page does not state the walking time between the station and park; an image caption on that page mentions Tomita Station, which differs from the station named in the text, so confirm the station name before travelling
